For the past 11 years the best and the brightest innovators, designers and marketers in the toy and game industry have been recognised at America’s annual Toy and Game Innovation Awards (TAGIEs). The TAGIEs are held in conjunction with the Chicago Toy and Game Week – North America’s single largest toy and game fair.
For the 2018 awards, Michael Nixon creator of The Amazing Annoyatron has been selected as a finalist in the Young Inventor of the Year category. To be a finalist your product must have first been nominated, then industry peers evaluate the nominations to determine finalists for each category.
The final winner of each category is determined based on the number of public votes which are received from both industry and consumers. Voting is open up to 30 October and takes less than 1 minute. Voting is by way of Survey (Young Inventor category is screen 3, submit is screen 6) and you can enter your vote at this website: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/F8QTT3R
“I’m very grateful to be selected a finalist for Young Inventor of the Year. Turning an idea into something tangible people can buy and use with their kids to learn about coding and electronics is something that has been enormously satisfying. I’d greatly appreciate people taking the time to lend support to my efforts through the voting process”.
